Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped between 5 to 10 working days. Depending on the country, we charge a fixed rate from 10 to 15 euros per order. If your country isn’t listed in the shipping options at checkout, please contact us at aestory@aestory.com with your enquiry.

We also offer free pick ups (Paris, France) on Sunday’s between 2pm and 6pm.

Returns

We only accept returns on faulty products (with proof).
